About Yorkshire Building Group

Established in 2020 and built on over 25 years of combined industry experience, Yorkshire Building Group is a specialist contractor delivering construction, civil engineering and structural preservation services across Yorkshire. We work as both principal contractor and subcontractor, supporting projects of all scales — from new build residential developments to sensitive restoration works on Grade II listed heritage buildings.

What We Do

Our expertise spans three distinct but complementary disciplines, allowing us to support a wide range of clients and projects across Yorkshire.

Construction & Build
We deliver new build homes, care homes and commercial developments as both principal contractor and subcontractor. Our project management capability ensures all works are coordinated effectively and delivered to a consistently high standard.

Civil Engineering
We provide comprehensive civil engineering and infrastructure packages including new road construction, drainage systems, reinforced concrete works and external works — supporting developers and main contractors across the region.

Structural Preservation & Restoration
As Wall Tie Federation members with extensive experience on Grade II listed buildings, we deliver specialist wall tie surveys, structural stabilisation, masonry repairs and heritage restoration works — combining technical expertise with a genuine respect for historic structures.
